COMPLAINTS / INCIDENTS

To formally file a complaint, complete the Complaint/Incident Form and submit it to a team manager who will then forward it to a Rules & Discipline (R&D) Committee member.  A Rules and Discipline Committee person(s) will conduct an investigation and report the findings and decisions to all parties involved.

A written appeal to decisions can be filed. It must contain all pertinent details of the case and sent to the President of the TBL Board of Directors. It must be filed within 7 days of the date the decision was rendered. The fee for filing an appeal is $50 and will be refunded if the appeal is successful.
