2 weeks agoHello 6U Team 3. I have reserved the pavilion at Airplane Park in Edwardsville for this Saturday 10/11/2025. Everyone is welcome including siblings, friends, etc. Please bring your kiddo, their outdoor hockey stick, helmet, gloves, and maybe shin guards. They should also have closed toed shoes. They can bring roller blades, but we will try and play on shoes for the most part.
Also, bring snacks and anything you plan on drinking. I don't know the park rules, on alcohol, so.... :-). I will be there by 1:00pm and we can stay as long as people are around to play. I'm going to pass this on to the other teams also.
The main concept is to provide some not-so-structured hockey time for the team and have them get to know each other outside the rink. It's also good for the parents to get together and have some chill time.
Parents are welcomed to bring their sticks too.
